Is my KTMB password safe with you? +

Yes. Your password is encrypted before it is stored — it is never saved in plain text and is never visible to us. We use it only to search for seat availability, the same action you take manually. We never book, cancel, or modify anything on your account. You can remove your credentials instantly from your dashboard at any time.

Will I be charged if no seats are found? +

Never. You are only charged when we successfully find available seats and send you an alert. If seats never appear on your route, you pay nothing. Watching is completely free.

What happens after I get an alert? +

Your Telegram message includes the train number, departure time, seat count, and a button to open KTMB directly. Tap Open KTMB, log in, and complete your booking. Seats can fill quickly so act as soon as you receive the alert. Your watch stays active until you stop it or your travel date passes.

How do I stop watching a route? +

Tap Stop watching in any alert message, or go to your dashboard and stop it there. No emails, no forms, no waiting. Stopped immediately.
